Data collected

When you contact us via the form or book an appointment, the following data may be collected: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), envisaged wedding date, envisaged location, approximate budget, and any free text you submit in your message.

Site browsing may be measured by Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first solution that uses no cookies, collects no identifiable personal data, and stores aggregated anonymous statistics. Data is hosted in the European Union. No advertising, no retargeting.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare a discovery call or personalised quote, and follow up on your wedding project. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data from the contact form is retained for three years from the last exchange. Data from the contractual relationship is retained for ten years from the wedding date, in line with applicable accounting and tax obligations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
